SS&L collaborated closely with fraternity leadership and the University to design a space that honors tradition while addressing the evolving needs of today’s students. The renovation introduced updated infrastructure, improved accessibility, and reconfigured interior layouts to maximize functionality and flow. Communal spaces were carefully redesigned to foster connection and brotherhood, while quieter, more private areas were created to support study and daily life. High-quality, durable finishes were selected to withstand the demands of active student living without compromising on aesthetic appeal.
