A comprehensive renovation of the original 1960’s Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity House allowed the structure to receive a complete facelift in “arts & crafts” style. The renovation encompassed revitalizing existing public spaces, introducing a new entry foyer, and incorporating a dormitory. Facing the Auburn Campus, this multiphase endeavor aimed to rejuvenate the fraternity house while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
