Opelika Municipal Building

This new Police Station and Municipal Court building provides the City of Opelika with a top-of-the-line facility to replace the 50+ year-old police station that the department had previously been working out of. The new building encompasses the city’s Municipal Court, emergency dispatch and call center, police training facilities, a weight room, day room, evidence and file storage, along with a multitude of staff offices. Additionally, the Police Department’s new Conference and Situational Response room is a key feature of this state-of-the-art facility. This modern establishment not only addresses the operational needs of law enforcement but also enhances the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the City of Opelika’s public safety services.
