The University of Alabama Phi Delta Theta Fraternity commands attention, with a prime location at the corner of University Boulevard and Second Avenue. The economical and energy efficient-designed house includes 30 Dorm Rooms, a House Manager Suite, a full service Kitchen capable of serving both Dining Hall and adjoining Fellowship Hall concurrently, a naturally lit Chapter Room, Recreation Room, Library, Formal Sitting Areas, Study Hall, and Laundry Room. A secured social courtyard on the back of the property accommodates large Game-Day events.
