History

Founded in 1977 by the late Jim H. Seay, Sr. -- Seay, Seay & Litchfield, P.C. is a design oriented firm grounded in quality client service. Principals of the firm are Jim H. Seay, Jr., Frank E. Litchfield, III, Gregory O’Neal, and Wesley Osmer.

Our method, as characterized by our clients, champions disciplined creativity with attention to detail, rendering high-value, client-sensitive services, and resulting in successfully constructed projects. SS&L translates clients’ needs into architectural ideas, serving as the vehicle to a material reality.
